Cutting Blades

Blade base material: high speed steel (HSS), hard alloy (tungsten steel) or ceramic material, hardness ≥60 HRC, wear resistance and impact resistance;
Surface treatment: TiN or DLC coating to reduce friction coefficient and extend service life.
Rotary blade: combination of moving knife and fixed knife, cutting material through high-speed rotation (suitable for plastic granulation);
Cutting edge Angle: 30°-45°
Number of blades: 4-24 blades (adjusted according to particle size requirements).
