 The line is designed for the continuous production of Hot Melt Adhesive Rods, including raw material melting, extrusion molding, cooling curing, cutting and packaging, suitable for the large-scale manufacturing of hot melt adhesive materials such as EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate), PA (polyamide), PUR (polyurethane).

Die head

The molten hot melt glue is extruded through the precision flow path to form a uniform diameter glue stick.
Ensure consistent gel density to avoid bubbles, breakouts or surface defects.
Ring die head, suitable for standard round glue stick, the inner wall of the flow path polishing, reduce adhesive residue.
Porous die head, support multi-strand synchronous extrusion, improve production efficiency.
Adjustable die head, by adjusting the bolt to control the die lip clearance (accuracy ±0.05mm), suitable for different viscosity adhesive material.

Hot melt rod

Extrusion molding: After the molten rubber material passes through the die head, it forms a continuous glue stick at a constant traction speed.
Diameter tolerance: ±0.1mm (after high-precision cutting);
Surface quality: no scratches, bubbles or dents, uniform gloss;

 

Water tank
Quickly cool the extruded hot melt glue rod to solidify it and prevent deformation or adhesion.
By controlling the flow of warm water, the crystallinity of the glue rod is adjusted to optimize the bonding properties and hardness of the final product. Open sink water depth is adjustable.
