1. Glue Gun Not Heating Up
Solution:
-Check the power source
-Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the outlet is functioning properly.
-Inspect internal fuse
-Some glue guns have a built-in thermal fuse. If it is blown, contact support or a qualified technician for replacement.
-Avoid prolonged idle time
-Leaving the gun plugged in too long without use may trigger an automatic safety shutoff. Unplug and allow it to reset before trying again.
 
2. Glue Gun Leaking or Dripping Excessively
Solution:
-Stabilize the temperature
-Overheating can thin the glue and cause dripping. Lower the working temperature to the recommended range.
-Use correct glue sticks
-Use standard size glue sticks that match your glue gun model. Incompatible or low-quality sticks may cause excessive dripping.
-Clean the nozzle regularly
-Built-up residue on the nozzle can affect glue control. Clean the tip after use while the gun is still warm.
 
3. Glue Flow Is Blocked or Weak
Solution:
-Clear the nozzle
-Heat the gun and insert a pin to remove blockage in the nozzle.
-Avoid continuous use without pause
-Using the trigger nonstop without allowing reheating can lower internal pressure. Work in short intervals.
-Replace aged glue sticks
